Refund policy

Our customers are our top priority & we believe in making shopping at Timayas.com a seamless experience. Although we don't want our customers to go through this inconvenience but nevertheless we would do our level best to sail you through this situation as well. Please read the information on this page regarding return & refund of your products. 

  • We remain extra cautious while packaging our goods for a safe and secure delivery. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item/product, we would require a photo of the damaged product and box within 48 hours of receiving your order to be sent at "info@timayas.com". In case you have ordered a fragile item, an opening video of the parcel is also required to process the request. Once the return request is approved by our quality team, we will arrange for a free pickup from your doorstep and we will either send you a free replacement (if available) or offer a credit voucher for the same amount which can be used at the time of the next purchase with us. In some scenarios, there might be a possibility that our logistic partner's services are not available at your pin code. In such cases, the reverse pickup wouldn't be possible from our end but you can still return the product(s) by shipping them to us at F-24, First Floor, Block D 242, sector 63, Noida-201301. The shipping charges will be borne by us. We would request you to share the POD at "info@timayas.com" for our reference.
  • There are certain situations when you buy something with some vision in your mind but the product received by you does not live up to your expectations because of any reason. In situations such as these, we might agree on providing a return on certain items, on case to case basis only as a courtesy, provided the returned items are intact and are in unused condition. Please note that returns should be shipped back to our given address by the customer only to our registered, which is: Panacea Bizmart Pvt. Ltd. ,First Floor, Block D 242, Sector 63, Noida-201301We would request you to clearly mention the item name and code in the return request. In case there is a partial return of an order, then please ship the returnable items only. Once it reaches us, it will go through an evaluation process before issuance of a store credit voucher for the value of the item returned, only after deduction of the applicable shipping charges as mentioned below. This credit voucher can be used at the time of the next purchase with us. We accept returns only up to 5 days post the delivery of the order. The applicable shipping charges are as mentioned below
    • For orders below INR 3000 -> pickup charge would be INR 250
    • For orders above INR 3000 -> pickup charge would be 10% of the total order value
  • For Defective/Incorrect deliveries, we do not have any additional charge for return, however for any other return there will be a nominal charge as mentioned above. 
  • We would require the returned items in their original packing along with the original invoices and accessories, if any. Please ensure that you capture a video also if you find the packaging box tampered or damaged.
  • We rely on a third party for courier services and are not liable for delays in shipping. We share tentative timelines as specified by logistic partner for delivery. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers within specified timelines. For any time-sensitive orders, please reach out to our customer-care team to find out more.  

  • Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is no acceptance. In case of prepaid orders, we will reserve the right to charge 2 way shipping costs.

  •  The Timelines to use the credit voucher would be within 6 months from the date you have received the voucher.
