Shipping policy

• At Timaya's, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we are partnered with reputed national couriers only. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above INR 500/-. 

• We have COD facility and the charges for the same would be INR 100 (plus shipping charges, if any) up to the order value of INR 5000. 

• Each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Check with us if you want to buy certain product which are not in stock but still you would like to go for.

• Once an order is placed with us, the average turn around time for delivering it across India is 5-7 working days.

• Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

• Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.  

• As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information. 

• We ship worldwide through bank transfer but soon we will have the online payment facility available for international orders too. Incase you have any query please mail it to us at "info@timayas.com."
